InQbrands Headquarters is a 2-story, 32,000 sqft tenant improvements project located in Ontario, California. The ground level consists of co-shared and private offices for tenants and features a gym and a 2-story amphitheater for meetings and presentations.
The second level houses the ThinkTank, a creative office space with five circular, semi-enclosed pods suitable for teams of employees, each containing its own pin-up space, storage space, and workspace. The network layout of the ThinkTank draws foot traffic toward the collaborative space centered on the second floor.
