Amaris is a luxury waterfront condo located at the Wharf in the Southwest Waterfront neighborhood. Designed by renown architect Rafael Viñoly, Amaris features an all-glass facade that is sure to make a statement along the Washington waterfront.

Amaris features 96 condo units in a twelve story building. Floor plans at Amaris range from 700 SF one bedroom configurations to four bedroom units with 6,000 SF of living space. Split-level penthouse homes are also be available.  Each residence at Amaris has private outdoor space.
